Saint Anthony and Saint Paul in the Desert / Shugborough Hall, copy after the original by David Teniers de Younger
Previously wrongly titled by the Courtauld institute as ‘Elijah and Elisha being fed by the Raven’, This painting was assumed by Henry Lincoln to be the David Teniers painting Bérenger Saunière bought a copy of in Paris around 1891. (Key to the Sacred Pattern pages 79 – 82)

It is a very interesting painting, showing different background from the one you have here – notice the mountain in the background , the 2 people standing to the left and a village above … also notice the cross next to the 2 trees … St Anthony sitting with St Paul … and the raven coming with a loaf of bread ….
I do not know who has the copyright to the photo of this painting … I found the photo many years ago …
I think it is in a museum in USA now … if I remember the name of the museum I will notify you . The painting used to be in the collection of Hermann Gøring.
